Student looking for room/buddy-up starting Dec/Jan

Hi! I am starting my MSc Environmental Management at Stirling University in January and am looking for a place to stay for the duration of my studies and hopefully beyond!
I am looking for a double room, sharing with preferably one or maybe 2 flatmates. I am also open to 1-bed properties within my budget. For shared tenancies, I am looking for ensuite or 2-bathroom properties.

I am someone who likes my own space but also loves to meet new people and go on adventures. I will likely be devoting a large amount of my time and energy to my studies, but I also love spending time out in nature, at the gym, and the occasional night out (especially if there's dancing). I also love cosy nights in, reading, art, and watching a good series/film.

I have a wee car so I'd need somewhere where there's parking available, even just on the street. I am open to living with anyone as long as our lifestyles are compatible, but my preference would be someone around a similar life stage. I don't mind living with smokers, but would prefer my space to be smoke-free. I also absolutely love animals but unfortunately am allergic to most, so dogs are probably a big no (unless hypoallergenic), but I could potential manage okay with a cat :)
