Professional Female seeking 1 Bed or Flatshare

I am looking for either a 1 bed flat/Studio or a Double bed (ensuite preferred) flatshare with only just 1 other person, ideally in south west London or central London.

I am a friendly, clean and tidy individual. In my spare time I enjoy fitness, visiting coffee shops, exhibitions, walking and travel..

I work hybrid for local government as a HR Adviser.

It would be nice if the home has some garden space or a balcony.

Looking to move by end of July. I can pay upto £1,200 including bills for a flat, or upto £900 for a double room.
