Quiet and tidy lady seeks double room .

Hello . My name is wendy and i am 56 years old . I'm a neat , clean and tidy person ( i was a cleaner by trade ) hoping to find a good-sized double room ( unfurnished would be perfect ) in a very quiet household . I'm looking to pay a maximum of £600 a month ( all bills included ) . I am a quiet individual , independent and respectful of others , ideally looking to share a house with just one other person ( female or male ) . I've been in shared households of up to 6 people on and off over the last fifteen years ( had to return from living with relatives in the Canary Islands for eight years in 2020 due to Brexit ) , but need somewhere quiet due to continued ill health which means i can no longer work . I'm on Universal Credit and Disability Benefit for the foreseeable future and can easily afford the rent each month ( but have savings too ) , and can provide references for the last two and a half years from previous / current landlords . I don't mind smokers or pets . I have all my own furniture , with an extensive array of movie memorabila built up over decades which i'd be looking to display in the room , i'm looking to rent for several years at the very least in the right property as i've moved three times in the last two years .
