Quiet and tidy lady seeks double room .

Hello . My name is wendy and i am 59 years old . I'm a neat , clean and tidy person ( i was a cleaner by trade ) hoping to find a good-sized double room ( unfurnished if possible ) in a very quiet household . I'm looking to pay a maximum of £650 a month ( all bills included ) . I am a quiet individual , independent and respectful of others , ideally looking to share a house , flat or bungalow with just one other person ( female or male ) . I've been in shared households of up to 6 people on and off over the last nineteen years ( including family abroad between 2012 - 2020 ) , but need somewhere quiet due to continued ill health which means i can no longer work . I'm on Universal Credit and Disability Benefit for the foreseeable future and can easily afford the rent each month ( but have savings too ) , and can provide references for the last five years from my previous and current landlord , both of who were fine to accept my current circumstances . I don't mind pets . I have all my own furniture and i'm looking to rent for a while in the right property , as i've had to consistently move in the past due to getting noisy housemates or neighbours . Many thanks ! .
