Seeking relaxed, considerate home

Looking (for May onwards) for a room, annex or similar in Bristol, ideally near a train station. I'll be spending time on Bower Ashton campus as a mature student and I work in Bath.

I am a clean and considerate housemate; I love live music, forest walking and nesting. I'm an artist, picture framer and EFT therapist/practitioner.

Though I'm not a neat-freak, a dirty household is a deal-breaker. I'm otherwise easygoing, happy to do my share of the chores and keen on open communication.

I'm open to probationary periods and temporary arrangements and my budget is flexible depending. I'm happy to meet online initially if preferred but am available immediately to view any potential good fits. I would prefer a more permanent home close to Bower Ashton but am very open to short term solutions in and around Bath.
