Professional seeking to share 2 bed

Hello!

I'm looking for someone to join me in finding a 2 bed flat to move into no later than the 31st of July.

Ideally looking at places that are 1500/month, then with bills we probably end up paying 900 each. Not many great whole properties on this site, but is on other sites e. g. zoopla

Have a preference to live near the Castle Climbing centre in NE London, but would consider anything N/NE/E/SE/S, as long as it has reasonably walk to a station and transport links

I work at a tech company to help improve their LLMs.

Big fan of cooking, eating and rock climbing. Particularly into Indian/italian/spanish food but enjoy making things I have no idea how to. In this respect, I'd require not a tiny kitchen.

Somewhat into other active things like badminton and running. Amateur board gamer, fan of puzzles, video games. Interests in common are neat, but not at all a deal breaker.

Only drink occasionally and ultimately looking for the house to be a fairly relaxing & well maintained space. I'm also looking to find something somewhat more permanent, for at least 6 months to a year.
