Wanted: Room in a Shared House/Flat for October

Hello!

I'm Nadine and have just started a new job in London as a data scientist. I am looking for a furnished room for October (exact dates somewhat flexible - preferably from Sep 30th to Oct 30th plus/minus a couple of days), and ideally either in North/Central or South/Southeast London (within zone 3).

I'm originally from Germany, lived in Brighton for more than 5 years (a PhD brought me there), and spent the last couple of months in Glasgow. I'm in Crystal Palace for September, and since I'll be in Iceland throughout November for an art project, I'm after something short-term until then.

I work from home most days (my team has one office day a week), and I'm a light sleeper, so somewhere very noisy at night (e. g., loud traffic) wouldn't be the right fit.

I value a reasonably clean, comfortable and non-party/calm place to live. A shared living room, garden or some other shared space would be nice, but is not a must. I can be both quite sociable and need time for myself, and am much into meditation, mountains and photography.
