Looking for a co-tenant to rent a 2bed2bath in E14

Hi there!

I am 30 years old, professional - working as an architectural designer and have lived in the UK since the past 6 years.

I'm looking for a housmate to rent one of the 2 bed 2 bath apartments within the Aberfeldy Village development. I've lived here since a while, and want to continue renting here. Preferably a 2bed flat, therefore looking to buddy up.
Flats are very comfortable, within a walking distance to Canning Town (supermarkets), East India station, very good connection with Canary Wharf (DLR, Jubilee).
Concierge, community gym included.
NHS GP practice next door.

I am tidy and respectful of each others privacy. During less busy days - up for an occasional socialising, small chats or sharing meals, doing sports or evening chill with Netflix. I like friendly atmosphere at home.
My work is 9-6, mostly office based, I work from home occasionally.

I'm available from mid / end of May.
