Looking for a double bedroom

Hi there!

I am 31 years old, professional - working as an architectural designer and have lived in the UK since the past 6 years.

I'm looking for a houshare within zone 1-4 for up to one year :)

I work a hybrid schedule - three days in the office and two from home - so having a comfortable, well-kept space is important to me. I’m tidy, respectful of shared areas, and appreciate a home that feels calm and easy to live in.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active (gym, long walks, and exploring different parts of the city), as well as more relaxed downtime like cooking, films, and the occasional glass of wine. I’m sociable and always up for a chat or shared meal, but I’m not looking for a party house - more a friendly, balanced home environment.

I value clear communication, cleanliness, and a positive atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.

I'm ready to move in end of June, but there is a bit of flexibility :)

Any other location within 40min commute to London Bridge might work as well, so happy to consider.
