Polite and mindful tenant lfr in Scotland

I consider myself a good tenant with a good history. I try to be a pleasant person and a nice tenant overall and I invite You to read my advertisement.

I looked for an apartment about one year ago but due to global circumstances I was unable to go forward.

I offer around 275£-400£pcm, negotiable depending of location and other factors. I primarily look for a longer term apartment in a lower price bracket. I look for appartement or room(s) where I can mostly be in my quiet time.

I don't smoke, use drugs or drink alcohol. I also prefer that social distancing rules are followed.
