Friendly, Professional Housemate Looking for a Home 🏡

Hi! I'm Yvette, a 34-year-old freelance massage therapist, event manager and DJ looking for a friendly place to call home from late September.

I'm easy-going, considerate and sociable but I also really value a calm, peaceful home. My work is a mix of working from home doing admin, seeing massage clients from a clinic in Seaford and working part-time for Brighton Dome, so life is varied but I'm generally out and about a lot.

A bit about me:

- Clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces.
- Friendly and happy to chat over a cuppa or share the occasional meal, while also appreciating everyone's own space.
- Non-smoker.
- Financially reliable with multiple income streams and excellent references.
- I love the sea, live music, festivals, yoga, cooking and getting outdoors.

I also have two indoor guinea pigs, Bo and Edwin. They're quiet, well cared for and live in their enclosure, they're an important part of my life, so I'm looking for a home that's happy to welcome them too.

What I'm looking for

- A double room available from late September.
- Brighton, Hove, Lewes, Seaford or nearby.
- Parking or permit parking.
- Space for a desk, as I work from home part of the week.
- A friendly, respectful household where people communicate well and enjoy a peaceful home.
