28M looking for room :)

Hey!

I’m Joe and I’m looking for a new place after my current housemates decided to move in with their partners.

I’m looking for a sociable house that’s still happy to let people do their own thing too - a nice balance between chats over dinner, a night in or out, losing a pub quiz, and being left alone in peace after a long day being stuck overheating on the Victoria line.

Things I love:
- The pub (don’t judge me if I order cider)
- Music (don’t judge me if it’s a lot of EDM)
- Good food (don’t judge me if I get pudding)

Things I don't love:
- A pint costing half your rent
- The shame of being overtaken by a man pushing a pram while on a run
- Taking sober pics apparently


I’ve been a flat share for years so know how to clean up after myself, take the bins out, and generally not be unpleasant to live with!
Also I work in digital advertising at a luxury publisher, so if you want magazines for the coffee table no-one will read, I’m your guy.

My budget is ~£1.2k and I’m looking to move in by October 6th.
