Looking for 1bed/studio or room

I'm ideally looking for a 1 bed or studio flat, but will also consider a room in a small house share (1 or 2 people). Due to my disability status, I require accommodation on ground floor or in a building with an elevator. It would have to be furnished (although I do have my own bed) and preferably with a garden or patio. I am on benefits and Hastings Borough Council are my guarantors. Overall, I am laid back and usually keep to myself playing video games or watching movies.
I have no preference with who to live with, but potential flatmates would have to be understanding and patient in relation to my learning disabilies, and not use any alcohol and/or other substances on the premises. They would also have to be okay with my parents visiting occationally (day trips only).
