Hello fellow Spare Roomers,
My name is Patrick and I am looking for a Double or Single room in a House, Flat or Apartment preferably with access to a Garden, but this is not a 'must have'.
My maximum budget per month is £650 bill's included (this can of course be negotiated) and I am looking to move in ASAP because I'm rather desperate!
The property will need to be close to York as I work in the city centre as a Chef early mornings and late evenings. (I promise I won't be loud when I come and go from the property!)
Im originally from Guildford, Surrey and have recently moved to York to see what the north has to offer. I enjoy walking, hiking, gardening, music and gigs, history, architecture, pubs, chilling, films and cooking. I'm hoping to add more to the list!
