Friendly Professional Seeks Large Double Room

I’m a youthful looking 42yr old professional, no -smoker, that works long hours through the weekdays and Saturdays.

I am looking for a nice spacious double bedroom that can accommodate me and would be happy for me to have my daughter (5 years old) over to stay with me for the occasional weekend. She’s very well behaved, a little cheeky at times but adorable.

I’m very clean living, good cook and baker and very easy to get along with.
