I am a student looking for somewhere to live in the Lenton/Dunkirk area. I was due to go on exchange this Autumn, however it has been cancelled due to cvoid so there is now the possibility that I can go in January, which is why I need a minimum tenancy of 4 months with the potential to extend for longer. I am very studious so won't be bothering anyone with too much noise or disturbance of any kind. I don't mind living with the landlord and other tenants who may not be students.
