Keen to find a nice room with some like-minded individuals musical and creative would be a plus but honestly after living with some difficult unsociable types it would be great to find a room in a place with friendly, clean people who'd want to hang out from time to time. I work in tech remote but fully flexible.
I'm a social igniter and get along with anyone. It would be nice to hang out in whatever space and talk utter nonsense with a few cans and some tunes, or watch some films I'm a veggie but don't care what your diet is.
The most important thing for me is that you share the same respect for where you live as I do and that means sharing responsibilities.
I should be able to provide a couple of glowing references from some of my previous landlords if required.
