Looking for room in social South London house

Hi!

I'm a 29 year old professional running a business in construction sustainability. Primarily looking in South West London but open to other areas.

Looking to move in around mid March time, felxible on exact move in dates.

Ideally looking a house with people of a similar age. I'm a social person so would like to have people up for doing things in on the weekends.

About me: I'm currently running a sustainability startup, my time in the week is mixed between office, site and working from home. I am returning to London from 6 months of travelling and working remote in Asia and Australia.

I also DJ at the weekends with a residency at a bar in Brixton. If you enjoy disco and festivals we will get on well! I also enjoy hiking (grew up in the Lake Distict), cooking, going to gigs/music events and generally hanging out.

I'm a clean and respectful housemate and would like to live with people who keep the space to a good standard!

Open to living with any mix of genders and identities.

My budget is max £1300 pcm + bills, Open to taking a larger/onsuite room as I have lots of plants and records to store.
