Room or space wanted

Hi there.

I have recently taken on a locum job for the local authority.

Because it's a locum post I'd rather not get tied into lengthy contracts, and also would rather not deal with agents (sorry).

I'm not a party guy, so hoping to find somewhere pretty quiet and relaxed.

I'm friendly, clean and easy going.

I own my own place and will likely only need to be in Devon a few nights every third week. So more syit someone who doesn't need a full-time tenant.
