Looking for a big room in homely flat

(Please read my ad before contacting!!)

I am a 24-year-old female civil servant looking for a double room.

I work from home so I need a room with a desk/space for a large desk (I work with multiple monitors). I am also dependent on the household being (relatively) quiet from 9-5 Monday to Friday.

I would like to share with males or females of any age and sexuality provided that they are clean and tidy. Please no more than 3 flatmates including me.

I am social and like to have friends over for dinner/wine on weekends. I like to cook, read, and do yoga. I have a master's in politics so this is an interest of mine as well. I am always up for a chat over a glass of wine or a cup of coffee, but I am quite happy to do my own thing as well. While I enjoy large dinner parties, I do not want to live in a "party house". I do not have any dietary requirements.

Living room and washing machine is a must!!

I am looking to move this summer, as my current lease has a one-month notice period.

While living in London I have moved around quite a lot, so I am now looking for a central homely space where I can live for a while.

I prefer to deal with an agency.
