Cambridge Postgraduate & Business Owner relocating

I am a postgraduate mature student shortly graduating from the University of Cambridge. Looking to relocate closer to London for work and to be closer to my boyfriend who lives in Gerrards Cross. I need to be closer to Devon to run my business. I run a property management company down in Exeter, Devon and travel back monthly/bi-monthly (so, being close to the M4/M3 is super important). I also run a entrepreneurship podcast show.

I'm 30, a keen cook, cyclist (habit I’ve adopted in Cambridge) and runner (currently training for the London marathon). I love yoga and socialising. I'm clean and tidy and looking for a similar environment.

I’m a non-smoker and social drinker. I am able to provide previous landlord references (I’ve been in this current rented accommodation for 2 years). I am also a homeowner.

I am due to visit London towards the end of the week so keen to view the room in person and happy to do a virtual viewing beforehand to not waste anyones time.
