I am a professional male who works in adult and further education as an English and Maths Lecturer. I'm also a cycling enthusiast and come with a bicycle.

I am looking for a double or single room. I am available to move in from 31/11/2024. I am flexible with whom I share accommodation and over the years have shared houses with families, colleagues and friends. My most recent houseshare was in a guardianship with 12 other people. We created a lovely community and home together.

I am generally quiet, tidy, discrete and considerate towards the space, preferences and needs of others around me. I would only expect the same in return.

I clean up after myself and generally pitch in to keep common areas tidy. I am also open to sharing the cost of a cleaner if necessary. Suffice it to say, I always pay my rent on time and have never been late with rent or bill payments.

I have been living in London for 30years. My spare time is spent cycling, watching films, going to exhibitions and exploring London by bike or on foot.

I have my own circle of friends and am socially self-sufficient. I do enjoy my privacy and respect the privacy of others but I am also open to socialising with housemates. Sometimes my work schedule makes socialising difficult but I am always open for a chat or chilling out with housemates.

I come with a bicycle and would ideally want to keep it in doors as it has functional and sentimental value.
