Looking for flatmate/double room

Hi, I'm looking for someone to buddy up with to find a 2 bed flat or a double room in a 2-3 bed flat. I'm moving to Leeds in the summer and will be working in Wakefield but would prefer to live a bit closer to Leeds.
I'm a tidy, easy going housemate but I do anticipate working reasonably long hours so looking for a chilled house!
When I'm not at work I love getting outdoors to go away surfing or hiking! I also enjoy chilled evenings in but would love a housemate to explore Leeds with and do enjoy drinks on a weekend!
I have a slight preference for an unfurnished room as I have a bit of my own furniture already and ideally would love a garden or yard as I've recently started growing veggies in pots so would like to move somewhere I can still do this!
Preference for a female household ideally
