Looking for a room in Wantage/Grove/Abingdon or Didcot/Steventon or surrounding areas. Would like a 1 bedroom flat but could house share with others but preferably with non smokers. (I don't drink or smoke) I'm a quiet person so probably not suited to party animal types as I've done all that long ago !
I am full time employed so a large room, loft or annexe with a bath or shower. (doesn't have to be en-suite) would be fine.
I am happy individual, if a little quiet and im willing to pay upto £850 max per month, inclusive of bills, (cash or regular bank transfer.) for the right place. I can move in more or less straight away. (Feb 17th)
I have worked for Oxford council for over 10 years, so my identity and history can be checked thoroughly and I can be trusted and verified fully. Im happy for you to contact the council, for any checks you may want to make. I don't mind if you have pets (I don't but love animals) but would prefer non smokers.
