Social House Share SW / W

On the hunt for a relaxed, social house / flat share to move in towards the end of this year / start of next for long term around SW / W London - ideally with housemates in their late 20s / early 30s.


I’m really into cycling (come with a few bikes) and other active hobbies (running, climbing, gym), but still love a few weekend pints (more of a pub than club person these days) and going out for food. I’ve always preferred houseshares where everyone is quite social and occasionally goes out for a drink / dinner together, and actually uses communal areas together - I’ve made some great friends in previous house shares, but I do have my own friends (and hobbies that get me out a lot!) so keen for a good balance.

Particularly keen for somewhere with decent communal spaces that everyone keeps clean and tidy and have a good communal vibe to them. My current place is a little but old and I’ve really missed having a decent living room and kitchen, so hoping to fix that with this move!

Furnished or unfurnished is fine!
