Hi ✨I’m Nur (they/them/theirs)

Looking for:
- Furnished double room to rent
- Budget: £800 including bills, would be willing to stretch to £850 (absolute maximum!!!) for the right place
- Move in: roughly end of August to mid September 2026
- Preferred locations: South East London, particularly in and around Lewisham, Catford, Forest Hill, Grove Park, Mottingham, Lee, Bellingham, Brockley, Eltham
- Would branch out to some areas in North and East London near nature if I had to

Ideal property:
- Double furnished room - with a wardrobe, drawers and some space to move around
- 2 bedroom property if possible (maximum 4, preferably 3) with a shared living room
- White goods included (fridge/freezer/washing machine)
- Bath would be amazing!
- Balcony/garden or a park nearby
- Some storage space would be great

Ideal housemates:
- Preferably FLINTA (female, lesbian, intersex, non-binary, trans, agender)
- Preferably LGBTQ 🦄💖
- Neurodivergent friendly

As a tenant/housemate:
- I have been at my current place for almost 6 years so my landlady would be more than happy to provide me with a glowing reference!
- I also lived with my landlady for a year so live in landlords aren’t a problem
- I’m clean, considerate and an open communicator
- I do smoke but outside (balconies/gardens/patios etc)
- I study part time and work part time (mix of in person and remote for both) and I am in receipt of Universal Credit
- I’m happy to do our own thing but would like to enjoy a chat over a cup of tea, maybe watch something together or do karaoke occasionally
- I’m not a party person but I do love singing in the shower sometimes - I can’t sing so let’s just say I make joyful noises 😂

About me:
- I would say I’m an introvert though I do have extrovert moments
- Interests: music; nature; spirituality; tarot; self care; eating; mendhi; karaoke
- In my free time I’m usually watching shows; looooove k dramas, c dramas and bollywood
- Cherish my self care Saturdays ✨ I use this day to relax and am often watching a series. To recharge and reset I enter into meditative silence (sometimes on Sundays too but always on Saturdays)
- My masters is in Psychosocial Studies - heavily influenced by decolonial, critical race, black feminist and queer theory
- I’m also an aspiring tattoo artist!
