Room wanted

Hi,

My name is Lucas and I'm currently looking for a room to rent from the 11th January 2026. ASAP!

I'm a tidy and a non-conflict person looking for a relaxed household.

I'm employed full-time and have a busy life, so looking for my place to relax without having excess drama.

ONLY CLEAN AND MINDING THEIR OWN BUSINESS FLATMATES PLEASE.

I am looking for a room within zones 2-5 with good connections to central London, including night bus service.

Areas: Croydon, Streatham, Wimbledon, Crystal Palace, Wimbledon, Thornton Heath, Beckenham, Bromley, Woolwich, Mitcham, Rotherhithe, Whitechapel, Highbury and Islington, Streatham, Finsbury Park, Turnpike Lane, Wood Green, Greenwich.

The rent I am willing to pay is up to £750 pcm including bills. The price isn't negotiable and it's a 7-day-a-week stay. Please don't bother me with higher prices as I won't respond.

I am looking for a relaxed household respecting other people's privacy and allowing them to live their lives at home but also happy to socialise whenever possible.

If you have issues with flatmates inviting their friends or other close people home and don't agree to that, don't offer me a room as I'm afraid we aren't a match.

Live out landlord is preferable.
