Urban Sanctuary Wanted

Hi, I’m Brigita. I’m 34 and looking for a flatmate to team up with for a move in late May or first week of June.

I work in business development at a design and engineering consultancy and I’m usually working from home three days a week.

Outside of work, I play piano (always with headphones), like getting out for long walks in nature, watching films and generally trying to stay active. Recently I’ve got into snowboarding, which I’m really enjoying.

I’d love to live with someone friendly and easygoing, someone who’s up for the occasional chat or hangout, but also has their own life and space.

My current flatmate and I are going our separate ways as our landlord is planning to sell. We both have cars, and finding places with two parking spots has been tricky, so ideally I’m looking to share with someone who doesn’t have a car.

I’ve already got a few viewings lined up. Ideally I’d like to stay around L1 so it’s within walking distance of Liverpool One, Bold Street and the waterfront, but I'm open to moving back to L17. I’m open to both furnished and unfurnished places. My must-haves are a spacious, light bedroom, good water pressure and parking. Nice-to-haves would be no carpets and no storage heaters (gas heating would be ideal, though I know that’s not always realistic in newer buildings).

As a flatmate, I’d say I strike a good balance between being relaxed and responsible. I’m sociable and considerate, but also respectful of boundaries. Cleanliness is important to me, I’m a shoes-off household person, and I keep on top of things like dust and grout as part of a regular routine. I know that might sound a bit pedantic, but I think it’s better to be upfront. Happy to put you in touch with previous flatmates if that helps.

My budget is £750 plus bills and I'm looking for someone with a similar budget.
