Looking for a friendly house share in the new year

Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a flat share in the new year, around February 2026. I'm quite flexible with dates.

My max budget is £450+bills, and fully furnished would be amazing.

I consider myself to be a friendly and sociable person, but I'm also peaceful too.
I have great respect for people's privacy and personal space, as that's very important to me as well.

But I would also like to live somewhere that feels like a home rather than a hotel.

An ideal flatmate would be someone who's up for watching a bit of TV together or an occasional trip to the pub to get all the gossip.

I'm 43 and will be starting a master's degree at Stirling Uni next September.
So I'm not looking for a party house, but I am looking for a friendly and welcoming environment with nice people with lots of giggles.
