Wanted - Annex, Double Room, Plot for Caravan

We're a professional, full-time working creative couple aged between 44 and 45. I (Sarah) work from home, remotely, for Norfolk County Council and my husband (Curt) works for an e-bike conversion company near Norwich. We're looking for a double room, an annex, or a plot for our camper van and awning in a (preferably) coastal/rural area, but will consider a quiet town area. We'd prefer somewhere where bills are included. We don't have pets. We're in the process of saving to buy a house, so we'd prefer a medium to long-term arrangement. We would also really like a workshop/storage to keep our bikes etc. A. private area to garden/sit in would be a bonus.

We have numerous skills between us so we're open to opportunities for reduced rent. We could help with gardening, landscaping, general DIY/maintenance, driving/car maintenance, helping out with animals (chickens, dogs, cats, horses) and we love being out in nature.
