lost count of the amount of times I've moved around/back in to london so here we go again..

my name is saf (they/them) and unfortunately my landlord is selling our place so I'm looking to move between now and mid sept.

I'm a phd student working on sustainable batteries at ucl. I recently spent almost 2 years in singapore as part of my programme and am very much excited to be stable with housing now that I'm in the final leg of my thesis.

* would ideally like to be around seven sisters, tottenham, hackney, or anywhere east / south / north (anywhere but west!)
* good transport links is a must - love the Victoria line
* looking for a place from ~ now/flexible (by sept 15th latest). a 6 month or 1 year minimum is good bit ideally a long term home is wanted!

I'm looking for a house share (preferably qtbpoc). I like cooking buff foods🌱 and I enjoy doing DIY bits, and making the house more of a home. I speak Spanish 🇨🇴, know some Portuguese🇧🇷, and a little German🇩🇪, and am currently passively attempting to learn Korean and Mandarin.
I'm really friendly, will probably make you laugh a lot and spew lots of random fun (debatable) facts, but I'm generally quite laid back (and tidy!)
I like reading, tending to plants/gardens🪴, board games🎲 and long walks through london. other hobbies include pottery🏺, crocheting🧶, skating and film photography📷 - also very neurospicy! ✨
I love love pets, especially cats so if you have any that's a bonus!🐱 I would also love to fill our new place with lots of cute plants. I like socialising but am also mindful and respectful of people's boundaries and time needed to recharge. Having craft nights or board game nights with the flatmates every so often would be real cute. I also like doing some random baking here and there, especially when bake-off is on! 🧁
I am generally quite quiet until I get to know people better and will sometimes have friends around but not often, and will be respectful about noise etc.

have lived with friends before and happy with ways of communal living with housemates

overall I would love a chill, caring home with good vibes, qtbpoc friendly, no racists, terfs or tories.
