29 year old male looking for a room or buddy up

Hi! I’m moving my primary base to Edinburgh in order to help fulfil responsibilities I have as a board member for two organisations. I can do some of this remotely but having my primary base be in Edinburgh would make things easier.

My main focus is on an early stage company (I am on the board and do UX design and more for it). I am currently receiving living costs grants designed to give me time to move the company forward (hopefully to the stage where the company receives a larger grant).

Looking to share with other professionals (via a room in an existing flat or via a buddy up). I value cleanliness, tidiness and quiet (though I am not obsessive about any of these), and I also like living environments where everyone tries to communicate both sensitively and clearly. It’d be great to be able to have a nice chat here and there, and potentially the occasional meal, but I’m also happy spending time alone.
