Friendly Londoner & dog looking for new home

32 year old Londoner (originally West London) looking for a new place as my landlord is selling so the tenancy is likely ending in January.

I work in business operations with a hybrid setup. I’m easy-going, clean, and enjoy a home that feels relaxed. You’ll usually find me cooking, attempting a pub quiz, getting stuck into a good series, or enjoying a glass of wine. And yes, wine absolutely counts as a hobby.

You’d also get the added bonus of living with Teddy, my adorable 4-year-old Shih Tzu mix. He’s hypoallergenic, house-trained, a champion napper, and firmly believes cuddles are a universal love language.

I’m looking for a large double room, ideally with a private garden or some outdoor space. Also open to buddy-ups.

I’m hoping to find somewhere I can be friends with my housemate but still happily do our own thing. And if you don’t mind sharing with a small, fluffy optimist who’s convinced everyone is his best friend, then that’s a good start.
