Gay creative looking for double room SE/E/SW LDN

Hey 👋

I’m Dan, 33, gay, and I’m a graphic designer, artist and tattooer originally from Newcastle. I’ve lived in London since 2020 and currently on the hunt for my next home. Ideally I’m looking around South East and some parts of East or South West. I recently moved out of a place in Kennington and I really love it round there, currently living between Newcastle and London so move in date is flexible - but sooner the better!

My work schedule is pretty relaxed and flexible, and I spend a fair bit of time working from home too, but not your usual 9-5 in and out of meetings - silence not required mostly. Outside of work I’m pretty sociable and regularly have plans throughout the week and the weekend, but also enjoy crashing on the couch watching tv and having a couple wines. Very respectful of personal space of course, but really looking for a home where we can hang out and not just be passing lives in the same building. I like exploring new coffee spots, cocktail and wine bars and places to eat, visiting galleries and new queer spaces, and I just joined a gay gym which is my new obsession.

I’m self employed, so ideally looking for an understanding private landlord or agency who’s not going to ask for an entire years rent up front 🤞 Also open to sublets or live in landlords too.

Looking to live with other gay guys or fellow LGBTQ peoples, but open to other households provided theres other LGBTQ people! Ready to view whenever and can usually make anytime work. :)
