29 year old female seeking flatmate in august

I am 29 and work in Mcr as a trainee solicitor, the job is hybrid and I’m normally in the office 3/4 times a week.

Looking to move in early august as that’s when my tenancy ends but can move in either side. I’m quite flexible on location but I would need a parking space.

My budget would be about £700-850 a month

I have a few friends in mcr and am often busy on the weekends. I like to chill in the week / sometimes have plans in the evening. I am usually out the house a couple of nights a week at least with work and also go to see family for the odd weekend so you would have the place to yourself most months for at least a weekend!

I consider myself a friendly and easygoing person and I would like to find someone I get on with and could spend time with , but also I do like my own space and respect other people’s need for that, especially after a long day in work lol. A mix of both would be ideal

Also it would be nice to have someone who is out the house and doing their own thing too

Love trying new foods, going on long walks, gigs, pubs, cooking, and trash tv

I’m a chilled person to live with . I like to keep clean and tidy and will clean up after myself as well as do the regular weekly things (bins, hoovering, cleaning ). Would like to live with someone who is also quite clean

I do enjoy going out to gigs / pubs etc but don’t live a partying lifestyle and I’m quiet around the house
