Actor, also working in hospitality

Hi there, my name is Kai and I'm looking to move out of my flatshare towards the beginning of summer. Ideally am looking to stay around Kennington as I've been living in the area for the past four years.
I'm currently working as a bar supervisor, but rarely (if ever) finish work past midnight; either way I'm quiet and respectful of others' schedules.
I enjoy anything and everything art-related, particularly music, and pride myself in being somewhat of a knowledge hoarder and geek.
Pets (especially cats) are a big incentive in my flat-choosing process.
