Long weekends (some holidays) only

I am a Grandmother of 6 who lives in Somerset but visits every other weekend and some holidays. Looking for sole use of annex, or large en_suite double to be able to accommodate me and one Grandchild (and occasionally my husband) In the Sale, Stockport or Wythenshawe areas. Would like to able to cook or bring own microwave/fridge. I am vegetarian (Grandchildren are not) We like animals and gardens! I have a budget of up to £320pcm. I would normally stay either Wednesday night or Thursday morning to Sunday, and occasionally longer if on a/l.
