Looking for a bedroom or studio to rent

Hi. I'm looking for long-term accomodation near Ninewells Hospital or on a suitable a bus route such as Blackness Road or Perth Road (22, 73, 5a...). Looking to share with other young professionals (for council tax reasons).

Accomodation requirements include gas heating, double glazing, EPC C or above, electric shower, low noise, and preferrably spacious room with good lighting.

I am respectful with others' personal space and time, so I'm looking for someone who's both friendly and independent (someone that would have their own daily routines, rather than do-everything-together type of flatmates, although occasional plans together are fine such as movies, board games, etc.). I prefer low-noise environments, no smoking, and love houseplants.
