University lecturer looking for semi-spacious room

I'm currently working part-time as a University lecturer in Kent, but have a background in hospitality as a bar manager and former chef.

Ideally looking for a room that's spacious enough for me to work from home as and when (although I'm also quite happy to work remotely in coffee shops.)

I'm looking for sociable, friendly housemates who are easygoing and with whom I can have a laugh and a pint or two with, ideally anyone who is up for live music or comedy, a pub quiz, or even just darts and pool.
