Need new accommodation before end of July

I am a part-time working professional 27 year old male looking for a double room (single rooms are acceptable), preferably around the Brierley Hill, Halesowen or Cradley Heath (Close to Merry Hill if at all possible due to work) area as cheap as possible. Budget currently around £400-£500 where possible (can negotiate slightly higher if necessary), willing to live with either male or female company. Quite introverted but easy going
