Buddy up with another to find a new home

i'm Paul. I currently live in Hertfordshire with my very well housetrained 4 year old Miniature Cockerpoo, who is very well behaved and no bother.
My landlord has put the property on the sales market and I need to leave by 15th July 2022..

I'm looking to find a new house bubbly, who would like to start a new rental property in Buckinghamshire or Hertfordshire.

Ideally a potential house buddy, who is open minded, chilled and professional, who would like to commit for a minimum 12 months, to an equally shared rental property.

Minimum requirements, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/ensuite, enclosed Garden area, Parking for 2 cars and open space is very important to me. But everything is negotiable.

I have furniture for a 2 bedroom house, excluding white goods.
