I am looking for a sublet in a cosy flatshare in London from October 2025, minimum 3 months.
I'm Andreas, 31yo from Athens, Greece, in London roughly since 2019, RADA MA grad, a director and writer. Currently working at a private members club while writing my book. Also, I own a property in Athens which I rent out for extra income.
I'm extremely quiet, tidy and super friendly and I enjoy hanging out with the flatmates occasionally and maintain a friendly relationship, but also have my own independent schedule.
*Budget is ideally £800 plus bills.
