About Me:
Hi, I’m Dimitris, a full-time Legal Practice Course (LPC) student and part-time paralegal, soon to start my training contract at a City law firm, likely in December 2025 (but exact date TBC).

I’ve been living with flatmates since 2018, so I know how to balance socialising and personal space. Cleanliness is important to me, and I always keep the house tidy and well-maintained. I come from a big family, so I value a friendly but respectful home environment.

During the week, my schedule is busy: studying, working and cooking (exquisite Greek food 🍽). I enjoy home workouts, Netflix after a long day and love a good coffee or drink when time allows.

At weekends, I enjoy socialising with friends, occasionally clubbing, but I also appreciate a relaxed night in. My partner lives in London, so they may occasionally stay over (and vice versa). I also travel abroad for 2-4 weeks a year, typically over Christmas and summer.

What I’m Looking For:
✔ A clean, comfortable home with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere
✔ A well-connected location in Zone 1 or 2 (10-minute walk to a tube and up to 30 minutes away from Liverpool Street)
✔ Space to work from home, so a desk in my room (though I will likely be required to be in the office 4 days a week from December onwards)
✔ Housemates who enjoy a chat over coffee or drinks but also respect personal space
