Room sought from mid Jan 2026 (1-10 months TBC)

Hello,

I'm initially looking to rent a room for one month, from mid Jan (appx) 2026 potentially to the end of 2026.

The 1st month's rent needs to be cash weekly, and if the let is suitable for everyone, then we can discuss extending.

Side note: I no longer pay' a month up front'+ 'deposit', just to find out I'm in a 'zoo' and about to lose €1,500, whilst I I'm STARTING a contract (*exactly what happened September 1st 2025. Had to leave the 'party pad', losing £1500, AND pay 3 weeks at the Double Tree Hilton Coventry - just to keep my job, sanity, and try flat hunting evenings and on weekends). That contact just ended.

Next one starts in 2-3 weeks appx.

If the terms above are unsuitable, please just skip this advert. Thank you for your understanding.

*possible extension to end of 2026 but if no extension possible beyond the initial 1st month, I can easily relocate/hotel if necessary).

*WhatsApp/Skype chat can always be arranged prior to arrival, as 'viewing' will be impossible).

Reasonably quiet living space sought.

Desk/chair required in room if possible (no TV needed). Wi-Fi access ideal.

Note; Pets, smoking, age, flatmate (gender), ethnicity etc all relatively unimportant.

*recap. Rent weekly in cash - a week in advance. Monthly cash payment possible too, only at the end of the 1st month's stay.

Note: An additional full month's deposit at the end of the 1st month would be negotiable.
