My name is James I am 25 years old. I currently rent a property.

I work with horses. Which are race horse breeders/Stud.

I drive.

Martial Arts is one of my passions. I generally train Monday - Friday. So wouldn’t be spending to much time at home as I’m occupied with work and hobbies.

I have lived in my current house for the past 6-7 years. And have lived with a few friends giving them a cheap place to live in the past. So have a lot of experience running a household and keeping everything clean and updated to the best standards.

I am a very clean individual. And like things to be neat and tidy.

I don’t drink alcohol. And if and when I do or have done. It has been at family meals or once in a blue moon. Going out on weekends is not really my thing. Been there and got the T-Shirt ha.

I do not smoke and I do not have any pets.
