Seeking a room mid-February

Hello!

I'm looking for a double room from February 15th, with the potential to move in earlier.

My ideal space includes a safe place to lock my bike and natural light, either furnished or unfurnished.

About me:
I'm a friendly and respectful housemate who enjoys living in a household that feels like a community. I've spent the last 4 years as the longest serving tenant in my current home where I've been managing the majority of house admin, so I'm always happy to help things get done. I also lived about 4 years in the shared house before that one. In both properties all of my co-tenants joined the lease from SpareRoom, so I'm used to living with a range of new people and building a household with strangers that become friends. I'm Canadian/British and speak both French and English and I work in books (so there'll always be something to read nearby with me around!). I have two mandatory in-office days, which gives me a bit of flexibility around WFH.
