Room Wanted for Immediate Let

I am 39 years old, and now single. I am on Universal Credit for mental illness.
Due to my depression and anxiety I rarely go out and only have 2 people visit me, my friends Dave and Neil, and that's only to check up on me.
I can move in immediately as I have recently split from a long-term relationship, and are currently sleeping on friends sofas.
I don't really need to see the property first, as long as it's my own roof over my head.
I know that I am in a bad position financially to secure a Room, however, I hope an understanding landlord/landlady will see my merits as a good tenant and give me a chance to get back on my feet after a hard life change/relationship breakdown.
If you are that landlord/landlady and are willing to give me a chance, I would love to talk more about rooms and moving in dates.
