Accommodation Required Immediatelly

A professional Spanish national of African race is looking for a single room to rent for 280 - 300 GBP including bills in Manchester, apart from Manchester Down Town. I have a good personality: honesty, polite, well educated, understandable, clear and concise speech and frank in communication. I am doing the night shift so during the day (up to 2pm), I sleep. I would not mind my flat buddy having her or his music on all but at reasonable volume.
On my days off, seldom go out at night all but on big occasions, I am a fantastic entertainer. Above all, I prefer staying at home watching footie when it is on TV or feel the housewall´s magnetism. Since my child years, I always give first before I receive, not as part of exchange but from one´s heart .
