“Art teacher seeks a single or double room-ENSUI

HI :)

I am an art teacher and artist, but my main work is as a support worker. I am looking for a room. Double or single . I would prefer to live in a quiet shared-house.

I am looking for a long term stay. i d like a viewing first to visit house see the amenities and flatshare, . I ll be working at portobello, and musselburgh. I am looking close to those areas 3-5miles , also Leith or Edinburgh city center 3-4 miles.

Currently i am based close to meadows and nicolson st. I like this area and if possible i would prefer to live close by.

I want an en-suite room or similar please .

I am friendly and social, but respect other people's privacy.

i also like to spent time with friends , cooking, (playing guitar acoustic or classical at home, though i m not having a guitar with me for now) , music jams and nature walking out lover!

I ll need to move after the15-5-24 and have a budget between 400-540per month including all. I would like to share with males or females of any age.

i am able to come for a viewing asap
