Advertising a room that is going to be available from 14th February 2025. A two bedroom maisonette available in Orpington. 15 MIN FAST TRAIN TO LONDON BRIDGE AND 20 MIN FAST TRAIN INTO CHARING CROSS. Great location if you work anywhere in Central! The maisonette is a 4 minute walk away from Orpington train station, and a 5 minute walk away from a big Tesco and Orpington high street (gyms, shops, restaurants)

You would be living with just myself. I am 27 and work in banking. I love the gym, some nights out but also love my chilled time too.

You would have a double bedroom (currently has a king size bed in there so you will have lots of space 🥳) and your own car parking space. The room will come unfurnished so you can have it as you like!! I would want you to feel at home!!

I know February is a few months away but just wondering if anyone would already be interested to have a virtual/ in person viewing! The land lady is looking to get something locked in as soon as possible. We can always go for a coffee or something too beforehand to make sure we are on the same page.
