Early 30s professional looking for a room

Hello everyone, my name is Anne-Charlotte. I’m a French professional looking for a new place to live in from 1st August 2024.

I’m in my early 30s and work full-time as a paralegal in a law firm in the City (3 days in the office, 2 days at home). When I’m not working, I also do a bit of acting, a bit of modelling and a bit of writing.

I’m looking for a new place and new flatmates to live with. I’m looking for a flatshare in Zone 2 and 3, preferably in North London.

I’ve been flat sharing for about 10 years now (in France, Ireland, and here) so I know the drill. I pay the bills on time, I do the washing up as soon as I’m done with cooking (I’m flexitarian btw) and cleaning the bathroom after I used it (and make sure my hair don’t clog the shower because we all know how annoying it is).

I’m quite independent as a flatmate but enjoy getting to know the people I’m living with. I’d be happy to hang out, have a nice dinner, or just watch movie from time to time (I’m very bad at picking something to watch though). Also, if you’re an artist, I’d be more than happy to see your performance/exhibitions/book launch/play, etc.

If you have a pet, I’m also your girl (cats and dogs love me and I love them too).

I come with a ridiculous among of books (and plays), some plants, a French accent, cooking and knitting skills.

I like: theatre, reading books, performing, cooking, feminism, watching documentaries, people who are crazy enough to follow their dreams (event though it’s scary), strawberries.

I don’t like: racist people, homophobic people, transphobic people, sexist people, ironing, the District line when it’s severely delayed due to signal failure, bananas.
