Professional looking for a flat or buddy up!

Hi!

I am looking to move into a new space in Glasgow, preferably in the Partick/Hyndland/West End area (although am flexible especially towards the City Centre or East End).

I am looking to settle into a 2 bedroom flat, so ideally only sharing with one person. I have a preference for a furnished flat but am also okay with unfurnished, however it would be ideal if the basic amenities are provided (fitted kitchen, washing machine, and ideally wardrobes/some storage space). I am employed full time and therefore happy to split the council tax among us, so the council tax band will also be taken into consideration when assessing flats. I am looking to ideally spend under £900 p/m (incl. all bills split), however there is some flexibility provided a great opportunity arises. I need to be out of my current flat by mid-January 2026 at the latest so ideally looking to pick up keys for a new flat the weekend of 10th January 2026 but happy to contribute to rent already from 1 January 2026 if needed to secure a flat :)

A bit about me - having moved to Scotland initially to study nearly a decade ago now, I have settled in Glasgow in the last few years as a working professional within HR. Friends would describe me as sociable but caring of my personal space, so my time is equally distributed between spending time with friends and pursuing hobbies such as reading and cooking. Maintaining a clean flat and a space where we can rest and relax is essential to me in a flatshare. Happy to share more information about myself as I will surely have questions about you as well!
